Biweekly 60-minute video calls (6 total) so we can chat virtually, face-to-face

  • The first session will consist of a full assessment to delve deeper into your current relationship with food and your body. 

  • Each follow-up session will have a topic of focus, discussion, processing, and strategies to help support you to reach your goals.

  • After each session you’ll receive a recap of what was discussed as well as any additional worksheets, readings, or journal prompts to help you implement what was discussed in that session.

Biweekly written check-ins (6 total)

  • ​These check-ins will allow you to express any concerns, thoughts, or revelations that come up between video sessions. You will receive feedback on these check-ins to provide you with additional support.

Unlimited support via private messaging or email

  • ​During our time together, I want you to have the most support and guidance you need to reach your goals. Private messaging will be available through my Electronic Medical Record or through my HIPAA compliant email (this means whatever is shared is safe and private). I will always respond within 48 hours.
