Our work together will consist of building your self-worth from the inside, developing a connection with yourself through intuitive eating principles and mindfulness, and improving your body image.

Biweekly 60-minute video calls (6 total) so we can chat virtually, face-to-face

The first session will consist of a full assessment to delve deeper into your current relationship with food and your body.

Each follow-up session will have a topic of focus, discussion, processing, and strategies to help support you to reach your goals.

After each session you’ll receive a recap of what was discussed as well as any additional worksheets, readings, or journal prompts to help you implement what was discussed in that session.
Biweekly written check-ins (6 total)

These check-ins will allow you to express any concerns, thoughts, or revelations that come up between video sessions. You will receive feedback on these check-ins to provide you with additional support.
Unlimited support via private messaging or email

During our time together, I want you to have the most support and guidance you need to reach your goals. Private messaging will be available through my Electronic Medical Record or through my HIPAA compliant email (this means whatever is shared is safe and private). I will always respond within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions
What if I have an eating disorder?
If you have an eating disorder (i.e. Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder or OSFED) you can still participate in this program, I just cannot provide services to you if you live in Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, or New Jersey as my license is not covered in these states.
Why can’t I buy just one session?
Healing your relationship with food and your body takes time. We live in a culture where dieting messages and the thought that a smaller body is better, healthier, or more attractive are thrown at us constantly. We need enough time to challenge these messages and build your self-worth from the inside out.

I currently do not take insurance.
