Well, this approach is much different than anything you’ve tried before because the focus is centered around mindset, developing self love, and truly repairing your relationship with food and your body.

Dieting leads you to feel like a failure. Like if you just had enough willpower then all your dreams could come true. But you don’t have a willpower issue my friend. I’ve taken pictures of my body every day just to make sure I didn’t gain weight. 

I’ve tried diet after diet, eating 4 day old plain chicken because I thought that was healthy.

I’ve eaten 6 donuts in one sitting, feeling overwhelmed by guilt and anger that I messed up all my progress.

Food and how I viewed my body controlled my life. I was determined to learn as much as I could about nutrition and becoming healthy. Through this journey I have developed self awareness, self love, health, and happiness in a way I didn’t even know was possible. I spent 8 years, obtaining 3 masters degrees and becoming a Registered Dietitian, to figure this all out. And now I am honored to share and guide you through what I have learned.

Why can’t I get just one session?


Healing your relationship with food and your body takes time. We live in a culture where dieting messages and the thought that a smaller body is better, healthier, or more attractive are thrown at us constantly. We need enough time to challenge these messages and build your self-worth from the inside out.




How can I improve my body image or health without focusing on losing weight?


If the focus is on losing weight, it becomes incredibly difficult to embrace the intuitive eating process. This program is about understanding the thoughts, emotions, and feelings that are often associated with eating. During this program some women will lose weight, some will remain the same weight, and some will gain weight, but weight will not be used as an indicator of success or progress in this program. We will be focusing on ALL areas of health, which are often missed when the sole focus is on weight loss.




Can I apply to the program if I have an active eating disorder?


Yes, absolutely!
