I’ve taken pictures of my body every day just to make sure I didn’t gain weight.
I’ve tried diet after diet, eating 4 day old plain chicken because I thought that was healthy.
I’ve eaten 6 donuts in one sitting, feeling overwhelmed by guilt and anger that I messed up all my progress.
Food and how I viewed my body controlled my life. I was determined to learn as much as I could about nutrition and becoming healthy. Through this journey I have developed self awareness, self love, health, and happiness in a way I didn’t even know was possible. I spent 8 years, obtaining 3 masters degrees and becoming a Registered Dietitian, to figure this all out. And now I am honored to share and guide you through what I have learned.
